Consequently, none of the above may be wholly or partly subject to sale, copy, modification, reproduction, republication or download, transmitted or distributed in any way.
It is prohibited, without our prior written permission, any use, exploitation, publication, republication, reproduction, copy, processed or otherwise, with or without editing, of the content of this website and the services offered on it.
It is strictly prohibited any processing of the content of this Network, including but not restricted to the decompilation of the software included in it, or in any way editing the source code.

The use of pharmellon.gr does not bind the physical Pharmacy, which has its physical location in KOILA KOZANIS. Pharmellon.gr prices and any discounts and offers are exclusively available from the website of pharmellon.gr.
The Network is not responsible for third parties’ views/opinions/messages/posts wherever they can be found within the Network. The Network is not responsible for the content of messages sent. The messages represent the sender, and not necessarily the opinion of the people and the agents of the Network or other users. Any user who believes that the content of views/opinions/messages/postsis abusive to him personally or generally, hemay communicate with the Network’s administrators and express any complaints.
Newsletters
The Network’s newsletter is sent only to users who have opted to receive our newsletter and is compatible with the rules of soliciting e-mails. The Network provides users with the option to be excluded or deleted from the list of the Newsletter’s recipients. The option of receiving the newslettersor not is provided through a simple process of e-mail authentication of Subscriber (opt-in, opt-out).
The e-mail addresses of the Newsletter subscribers are used exclusively for this purpose and for no other purpose. When a subscriber decides to delete his e-mail address from the recipients’ list, his e-mail address is permanently deleted.

If such data are provided by the minors, the Network deletes all relevant information. If nevertheless false information is submitted when filling out the registration request, the Network assumes no responsibility.
"Links" to other sites/suppliers/manufacturers/Partners/Affiliates
The Network does not control the availability, content, policy of protection of personal data, the quality and the services provided by other websites and webpages to which the user may be referred to through "links", hyperlinks or advertising banners. Hence any problem that may arise during the user’s visit/use should be directed to the respective websites and webpages, which solely bear the responsibility for the provision of their services. The Networkshall not be held accountable for the content or services provided by the websites and webpages for which it provides “links” for or refer to.
The Network’s visitor/user explicitly accepts that any reference and/or referral to third parties (such as, for instance, «suppliers», «manufacturers», «partners» etc.) do not imply the express or implied Network’s acceptance, encouragement or commitment towards them, nor in any case invitation to treat, offer of sale or service, or even the Network’s commitment or agreement to provide any service related to them. "Links" to the Network are permitted only to its home page and not to pages that may require a password, unless there is a written agreement between the Network and to the website or webpage that makes the reference / link to the Network. Moreover, these kind of links should be created only through hyperlinks and not pictures.
Applicable law and other terms
The Network reserves the right to modify unilaterally the content of all of the terms of use without warning obligation. For this reason the visitor/user of the Network must visit them frequently to be updated accordingly. These terms and conditions of use of the Network, the sale contracts (on line sale agreements) and any amendment, change or alteration shall be governed and complemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties that regulate matters related to electronic trade and by the relevant national law protecting consumers (L.2251/1994) that regulateson line sale agreements. If any provision of the aforementioned terms is contrary to the relevant national law, ceases to have effect and will be removed from the present, without in any way affect the validity of the other provisions.
The present constitutes the conclusive agreement between the Network and the visitor/user of its pages and binds only them. The “on line sale agreement” relates to orders/purchases and payments to the Network, it is complementary to the present and is an integral part of this. No modification of these terms should be taken into account and be a part of this agreement, unless expressed in writing and incorporated in them. TERMS OF THE ON LINE SALE AGREEMENT - pharmellon.gr
The pharmellon.gr is an electronic pharmacy selling products, which are sole property of the PHARMACY - MARIA KARAKOSTANOGLOU that is based KOILA KOZANIS, A.F.M number 112334516, competent Public Fiscal Office (D.O.Y.) KOZANIS, from the Ministry of Development (General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs, Consumer Protection Dept. ) No. of supplier’s registry [... ... ... ... ... ..] to conclude ' from a distance ' in accordance with article 4 of law 2251/94, as amended and in force.
The pharmellon.gr (hereinafter: "the Network") reserves the right to change the content of the website pharmellon.gr at any time without obligation to provide prior information of the users.
These terms relate solely and govern relations of sole proprietorship "PHARMACY MARIA KARAKOSTANOGLOU» (hereinafter: the" company "), with the persons entered in pharmellon.gr (hereinafter referred to as" users "). By subscribing to pharmellon.gr, users simultaneously unreservedly accept the general terms of use (available: www.pharmellon.gr) and the present sales contract from a distance. The acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof applies to every transaction with the company and the sale of merchandise offered through the Network for the present and for the future. The company has the right to amend and renew the general terms of use and the present sales contract from a distance at any time, unilaterally, without warning, but is obliged to notify such modifications/updates to users via email. If any user does not agree with the new terms, has the right to request the deletion of the pharmellon.gr in accordance with the procedure laid down (article 1) below. All the terms of this contract of sale at a distance are considered as essential.
Article 1 USER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE article 1 in pharmellon.gr
The entry in the pharmellon.gr is solely permitted to (a) natural or legal persons (b) who have full legal capacity, (c) have a mailing address in Greece or abroad and (d) have an e-mail address (e-mail). Persons whose entry has been for any reason discontinued and/or deleted is also explicitly prohibited from entering into the Network. Every user has the right to possess only one (1) account and allow up to 2 accounts per IP address.
Each user declares and guarantees explicitly that at the time of registration inpharmellon.grhe provides complete, accurate and truthful information about himself, his home and /or shipment address, and that he meets the necessary legal requirements (i.e. the ability to understand these terms and conditions) in order to register to pharmellon.gr. Unless the user meets all of the above conditions, the company does not recognize nor is bound the use of pharmellon.gr.
Users register in pharmeelon.gr by completing all the mandatory fields of the online form available on the website, without the completion of which the registration process cannot be completed. The registration is done free of charge. The registration process requires the user to define his “access controls”, i.e.a username and a password. The user shall not use as a username any word that may offend public morals and/or morality, or damaging the rights and/or interests of third parties. The user is obliged to keep his username and password confidential and he should not reveal or communicate them in any wayto any third parties. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his access data to pharmellon.gr and, consequently, is solely responsible and liable for any activity, liability, claim, cost, and/or expense, even of legal nature, associated with the use, illegal or not, of his access-data.
The company reserves the right to discontinue and/or delete a user’s registration to pharmellon.gr, at any time, without prior notice, if any of his actions make it inappropriate, problematic and/or impossible to retain access. This action may, indicatively and not restrictively, be a fraudulent tampering with the website and/or in the award of auctioned goods, inaccurate personal information,use of access data for illegal or fraudulent purposes, violation of any of these terms and conditions and general conditions of use. In case of disconnection and/or deletion of a user’s registration data from pharmellon.gr, the user shall not create a new account with personal information associated with the account which was suspended or deleted.
Every User has the right at any time, without prior notice, to request the deletion of his records from pharmellon.gr by sending an email (e-mail) to info@pharmellon.gr. Deleting the record from pharmellon.gr involves closure of the user's access account and will therefore he will automatically become unable to further access to pharmellon.gr. In case the user wants to reregister in pharmellon.gr, he should follow the registration process as set out in these terms.
Article 2 SHOPPING CART
The visitor/user has the right to maintain a shopping cart in which he may store the products he wishes to order. "My cart" allows the visitor to store the products in a temporary shopping cart. When the visitor leaves the Network, the cart will be emptied. "My cart" allows the Member to add products to the shopping cart, which are stored there until the completion ofthe order or until their deletion at a later time. All products remain in the cart until being purchased or deleted (within a reasonable period of time).
Article 3 ORDER PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The visitors/users may choose specific products/product codes either from the product catalog or by using the “product search” and place them in the shopping cart.
Each order is filed electronically and users/visitorscanverifyits content before its completion. The use of the Network is the sole responsibility of the user/visitor.
Then they may choose from the shopping cart the products they wish to order/delete.
Then they fill in the special form that displays the order details, such as the payment method, shipping method, the shipping address and any comments of the order.
Reviewall the details of the order, accept the conditions of the online contract and give by clicking the ' Checkout ', the final order (only then the order is final.) Each step of the order process can be corrected by using the option "previous step".
Subsequently, as soon as the order is complete and accepted by the company, a briefing note / receipt of the order (order number) and confirmation of the items/products ordered, billing and shipping address, method of payment, the total amount of the order, is sent to the user to the e-mail address he provided.
The user may place an order at pharmellon.gr throughout the day (24 hours) all days of the week.

Call Center hours of operation
Daily from 09:00 to 14:00 and 17:30 to 20:30, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The availability of products is displayed next to the description of the product and even though the company goes to a great extent in order for all codes to be available at any time, there is a possibility that some of them are exhausted or are temporarily unavailable or the manufacturer/supplier have ceased their manufacturing and disposal for an unspecified period of time. In this case users are informed about the availability during the confirmation of their order and are asked to communicate by electronic mail (e-mail) with the company/Network for modification of the order.
Article 4 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The user is under the exclusive obligation to read carefully and check each product’s technical information (provided by the manufacturers) and its suitability before he completes his order. Pharmellon.gr bears no responsibility for any incompatibilities of products with other products. The Network makes every effort to present the products with the greater possible accuracy based on the information provided for by their manufacturers. The Network also has made every effort to accurately represent the actual colors of the products, when they are displayed on the website. However, the company is not liable and does not guarantee the absolute precision of products’ color imaging on users' computer screen, as this depends on the characteristics of the monitor and the computer.
The Network is not liable for defects or poor quality of products available to its customers, since suppliers supply their goods packed and sealed.Nevertheless, in case the user receives a product that is profoundly defective or any of its components are missing, he retains the right to return the aforementioned product directly to the supplier or his agent / dealer. The Network bears no responsibility for packed defective / poor quality products, or missing components of packaged goods. The shipping costs to the supplier/agent/dealer shall be borne by the user.
Article 5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Network will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, including negligence,, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use of the Network, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Network.
The products and/or services and in general the content Network is provided "as is" without any warranty expressed or implied in any way. To the fullest extent under the law, the Network disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to it, those, that involve the merchantability and the suitability for a particular purpose.
The Network does not guarantee that the webpages, products, services, options or content of pharmellon.gr will be provided for uninterruptedly and without mistakes, however any mistakes will be corrected as soon as they are noticed.
The Network will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
The Network disclaims any warranty for the correctness, completeness or and the availability of contents, pages, services, selections or their results. The cost of any corrections is borne by the visitor/user and in no case by the Network.
It is dully notified that the content of the Network is merely entertaining and not informative, and therefore users cannot base their behavior on any information contained in it, and the Network does not assume any responsibility in the event that any of the information you have providedto the Networkis proven to be inaccurate.
Especially on matters relating to the properties, description, use, price etc. of the products offered for sale, visitors/users of the Network are required to communicate with the Network and are fully bound by the contract of sale that they are asked to conclude/consent during the execution of the order process.
The Network is not responsible for views/opinions/settings/messages/posts of third parties wherever they are in the Network. The Network is not responsible for the content of messages sent. The messages represent the sender, and not necessarily the opinion of people and the coefficients of the Network or other users. Any user who believes that prejudice either personally or in general level can communicate with Network administrators and to express the grievances of the Network's contact information.
In the event that a product presents an unusually low price, without any specific indication to justify this, users are kindly asked to communicate with the Network before ordering this product. The cost of any corrections or services, is borne by the visitor/user and in no case the Network.

Article 8 SECURITY – PROTECTION of MINORS

Article 9 withdrawal - RETURN of PRODUCTS
For your best convenience, pharmelon.gr offers the possibility of returning or even replacing the products of your order, if for some reason you are not satisfied.All products may be returned, unprompted and without any extra charge within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. The products must be unused in the original packaging, accompanied with any gifts provided free of charge EITHER to the following address: MARIA KARAKOSTANOGLOU PHARMACY, KOILA KOZANI, TK 50100 (along with a signed note from the user) OR in person to the aforementioned address. In case the free of charge gift is not returned, the return of the product is not possible.
Further, product returns are accepted only in the following cases:
-Improper execution of the order, i.e. delivery of wrong products.
- Product’s expiration date exceeded.
-Defective product, covered by warranty.
In these cases the following shall apply:
The products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
The product must be unused in its original packaging accompanied with any gifts provided free of charge. Gifts free of charge should be returned in order to proceed to the refund.
The product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (invoice or receipt). In the event that the purchase was made by credit card, the original coupon issued by the bank terminal should be displayed/produced.
Provided that the return / refund terms are met and the return of the product has been accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value or to be fully refunded (if the purchase was made in cash). The refund will be completed within 30 days from the day the Network received the product back. If the purchase was made by credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the credit card will be credited with the refunded amount..
In case a defective product is delivered by pharmellon.gr, please inform the Network about the defect as soon as possible. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the shipping cost and replacement of the product will be at our expense.
In case pharmellon.gr is proven to be responsible for the defect, the return costs shall be borne by it and the customer has the option to be refunded, receive a credit note of equal value, or have the product re-delivered. In such case the product will be delivered at an address of your choice by the courier company we work with.
In case of the customer’s fault, the return packaging and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Pharmellon.gr reserves the right to amend its return policy, by notifyingthe relevant new terms on its website.
If pharmellon.gr has reasonable grounds to believe that a customer abuses the right of return (e.g. repeatedly returns products) or acts in bad faith, itreserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

In the event that the product returned does not fulfill the terms of refund and it is unfit for return, then it will be returned to the customer. The customer solely bears the shipping costs.
Any damage to the product during its return to the Network or the store is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.

Article 10 PAYMENT METHODS and PRICES of PRODUCTS
The Networkwishes to server its customers in the best and most convenient possible way, therefore it provided them with several ways to pay their orders:

The user’s credit card will be charged on the date of completion of the order and submission of the order form.
WE INFORM YOU THAT FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARDS THE NETWORK COOPERATES WITH EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. BANK. THE CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE NOT COMMUNICATED TO US SINCE ANY TRANSANCTIONS ARE PERFORMED AUTOMATICALLY VIA THE EUROBANK SYSTEM (the user is automatically directed by the system) WHICH COMPLETES ANY TRANSACTION. IT IS ONLY IN THE BANK’S SYSTEM THAT YOUR CARD DETAILS ARE REGISTERED, THEREFORE THE SAFETY OF THE TRANSACTION IS GUARANTEED.
- Cash upon receipt and delivery of the goods directly to the courier with charged 2,00€. “Cash upon Delivery” costs are charged for the extra use of courier company.

Article 11 SHIPMENT
For orders in excess of €39,00, shipment is free up to 2 kgs If the weight of the products exceeds 2 kgs you will charged an extra €1 for each additional kg
For orders under the amount of €39,00 and up to 2 kgs shipping charges are €2,0. If the weight of the products exceeds 2 kgs you will charged an extra €1 for each additional kg. Please note that in case that the payment method is "cash on delivery" there is an extra charge of €2,00.
The shipment of goods is made by courier directly to your door the next day, provided that the products are available on the Network and when the order is completed until 14:00 noon the previous day. For some remote areas the delivery time can be up 2-3 days. In the event that any of the products are not available on the Network, there will be a delay that can reach up to 3-4 days. In case of a further delay, you will be informed about the estimated day of delivery.

For orders over 2 kg and more bulky packages, there is a need for a prior communication with pharmellon.gr as shipping costs may vary.
For heavy items the shipment is made by atransport agency(goods are received from the transport agency’s offices). Inthiscase payment upon delivery is not available. Payment of the order should have been completed either by chargingyour credit card or using onlinepaymentviaPayPalorbank deposit.
At pharmelon.gr there is the option of ordering gift bags in twosizes, which are chargedfor 1 €and1,3 €respectively. All that is requiredof youis tonote that,when placing theorder atthe comments space.
All prices include VAT.
The total amount that is calculated on the basis of the above appears automatically when the user completes all the necessary fields of the order form indicating where and how to send (except cash on delivery).
Delivery days are Monday to Friday and from 9: 00 a.m. until 8:30 pm for Greece and the countries of the European Union. Saturday delivery is available upon request and at extra charge/charge.
For international shipment - Before we dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. This might take some time. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our store. We work closely with our courier / shipping partner to decrease the probable impact of custom delays in each country.
Article 12 GOVERNING LAW and OTHER TERMS
In the order form any further specific terms and agreements acting as a supplement to the terms and agreements of this contract (online sale contract) are defined.
The Networkreserves the right of reservation and/or refusal to process an order further, as long as it notifies the user/visitor about the reasons for the relative reservation and/or denial.
The Network reserves the right to modify unilaterally the content of all the terms without a warning obligation. For this reason the visitor/user of the Network must visit them frequently for modifications. These terms, the general terms of use and any modification, change or alteration shall be governed and complemented by Greek law, European Union law and the relevant international treaties that regulate matters related to electronic trade. For all transactions with the Network applies the M.D. (Υ.Α.)Z1-496/2000 for online sales (sales from a distance) and the provisions of Law 2251/94 on consumer protection as amended and currently in force. For this reason the Network should inform users about a) the essential characteristics of the goods offered, b) the price, c) the quantity and shipment costs, d) the value added tax (VAT) if not included in price, e) the method of payment, f) the delivery option, g) the validity period of the offer or the price and h) the right to withdraw. Any provision of the above terms contrary to the law, ceases to have effect and will be removed from the present immediately, without in any way affect the validity of other conditions. Visiting/using www.pharmellon.gr implies the unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
No modification of these terms should be taken into account and will not be incorporated into this agreement, unless expressed in writing and incorporated in it. The competent courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from the visit/use of the pages of the Networkare the Athens Courts and Greek law always applies.
